Mission Retreat Scholarship
This application is to be completed by the Mission Retreat Director.
As a Mission Retreat Director you must provide the following information in order to process your scholarship request:
1. Retreat Budget
2. Team Roster
3. Future Retreatant Names
4. Future Retreatant Phone Numbers
5. Future Retreatant eMail Addresses
6. Retreat Schedule
If the form is not fully completed, it will delay the approval process.
Additional Requirements include:
1. Retreat Registration: The parish retreat must be registered with ACTS Missions.
2. ACTS Retreat Training: Has the Director and Co-director(s) of the Mission team attended an ACTS Retreat Training within the past three years?
If not, the Mission Retreat Director and Co-Director(s) must complete the ACTS Retreat Training Course.
